SHIPPING INFORMATION

We want you to have your dream hair ASAP. Here’s what to expect:

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Tracking:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Note: Rose Marie Hair Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because of the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment error on our end.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged:

  1. Email me at breanna@rosemariehairco.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s).

  3. We’ll review and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.

To qualify for a replacement or credit:

  • Hair must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
